I’m Rouchelle Morgan — founder of Echo & Elevate Media, and a multi-passionate creative who believes that the right message, shared in the right way, can change everything.
Born in Jamaica and raised between cultures, I know what it’s like — both literally and metaphorically — to feel far from home. To not be seen. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help others feel rooted in who they are, and visible in how they show up.
I don’t just build brands — I help people come home to themselves through how they show up. With a background in entrepreneurship, marketing, and logistics, I bring a balance of soul and strategy to every project I touch. Whether I’m shaping a podcast campaign, crafting a digital presence, or walking a client through their next big leap, I lead with clarity, care, and an instinct for what truly resonates.
What started as a quiet desire to help powerful stories find their audience has grown into a studio rooted in alignment, trust, and bold creative expression.
Outside of my work, you’ll usually find me dancing in the kitchen, curating playlists that feel like medicine, or dreaming up new ways to build a life that feels just as good as it looks.
